First of all, you're the one that started slinging around words like "woke." You're a fucking idiot who practically just made up what I said. Reread the initial post, retard.
Second of all, I'm glad you're not in charge of anyone, because you're an insectile cunt. News flash: Nobody wants to work for an entity who has no respect for them and is willing to fire them at a moments notice.
That kind of behavior has knock-on effects that you're obviously too stupid and autistic to anticipate, so let me elucidate just a few: If you're constantly firing your workforce the second they aren't necessary, then when they become necessary (When you start a different project three years later, for example.) you now have to undergo a new hiring process. You are actively getting rid of people who have expertise in what you need, and replacing them with people who don't. Second, doing that everyone who *doesn't* get fired immediately gets on LinkedIn and starts looking for a new job, because they don't have job security. Again, you have destroyed the competence of your own workforce because nobody wants to stay. Now you have problems with turnover. Third, your reputation is harmed, and people stop wanting to work with you. That's why they lose solid partnerships with companies like Larian. Could have had a long, fruitful symbiosis. Destroyed out of raw greed. Fourth, anyone who does remain in a corporation like that is going to be some kind of corporate lifer with no self-respect, and the problems are just going to be exacerbated.
All this and more is obvious if you're capable of thinking beyond short-term goals like quarterly bonuses, which the executive teams in charge of these decisions genuinely don't care about because they treat businesses like revolving doors and they all have golden parachutes.
No fucking SHIT Larian doesn't want to work with these people. Separating from them was a massively good decision.
