You could add in your post the difference the final versions have. People usually have the files on their storages just by title. They are not going to open the PDF and read through it to find which version is it unless they are interested in the game.

And most of the time if you upload to a repo a PDF that they already have, they delete it. And that's done with the title too.

So... how can one easily identify the version you want?

the primary difference seems to be page notations. it's actually a common issue with Onyx Path published material since they release so many early versions of products before the final ones. if in the text there's reference to a p. XX rather than actual numbers, it means this version was either an advance pdf release or backer pdf release and may have other text and rule differences as well

This April they made newer Kindle books require an update to the Kindle windows app.
An older version of the app was necessary to convert the books so right now it's impossible to de-DRM and backup outside the propietary reading apps

I came across the file and posted it without knowing or caring enough to looking into what the release date is/was at the time. I will attempt to be more aware of this in the future.

That said, Posting the link was intended to be an act of generosity to the community as a whole. Releasing this title seems to have upset a number of you here, and as I wrote above, I didn't realize that it was a pre-release title, and I honestly didn't care enough to check. I did this thinking it would be helpful and well received. That didn't happen, and I apologize to those of you who feel threatened, sad, or offended. I will try to be more aware with releases in the future.
