I think the hits we got are deceptively strong, at least for now. The pool of purple Guilmons to replace the missing copies of EX4 with to maintain consistency with the purple Gigimon is not great, and if you go with the better pure purple BT5 Guilmon instead of the shitty red/purple EX3 one then you no longer have any purple Growlmons to replace your lost EX3 Growlmons with, because Growlmon X only evolves from exactly Growlmon and not BlackGrowlmon.

Guilmon as an engine for purple that allows them to splash in red Gallantmons is probably dead. They're better off just going back to Dobermon.

It's similar to the original Liberator Puyoyomon but unlike it you will be able to remove Digimon without losing your boss monster.
The new Pyramidimon reduces play cost until the end of your opponent's turn so if they're not keeping that in mind I could see it sniping Digimon with immunity they haven't activated yet. I would be tempted to run 2 just to have it as an option when refilling my sources.

When DNA’d Alter S is Magna X level immune to everything and end of attack gets to split back apart into Warg and Melga so you can dna again and otk. Between now having a bunch of lvl6’s that can warp off the rookies and bt23 Nokia being a bt16 DaiKen for the deck it’s very consistent and there’s not much you can do to interact with it unless you have a huge immune blocker somehow.
For what it’s worth bt8 Kokuwamon cucks the deck completely but not much can run it right now. Maybe I’ll tech it into Diaboromon and Rocks.

It sends itself to the top of security when it splits but all you need is any of the dna Omni’s in hand to kill after you go into the first Alter.

It was intended for two decks (DM and Adventure) that would only ever get into it by DNA Digivolving two ACEs.
So it "needed" total effect immunity to prevent Overflow -8 from ever happening, and those decks had to run full lines of Digimon to be effective, so didn't have room for more than one type of Omnimon. They even limited the "DNA and attack" effect on those Aces to Alter-S specifically.

But BT22 was right around the corner and with it

If they don't keep turn, they threaten Omnimon Ace (Blitz and Cres can't do that) and you can't remove either part because Miraculous Mega Knight lets it DNA Digivolve with a card in the HAND to avoid removal.

It used to be that if they used MMK they had an ACE that was a sitting duck for overflow. Now they can use it to go into Alter-S and be completely immune, or worst case, just bottom deck one of your Digimon with Nokia's Omnimon.

What's your top-end look like? Flaremon can pop their rookies. The new Diana can bottom deck small stacks. Ruin Mode prevents them from using any rookies for 2 turns if you use it right. MedievalGallant triggers off of Nokia's free rookie. Gallant X is immune to their effects on their turn, but can just be ran over by omni. Tool box uses generic good top end cards like hexeblau, shinegrey ruin and medieval gallant or invismon with new Dianamon for better flexibility. Pure galaxy has more limited options like new Diana to bottom deck and Apollo ace for its DP reduction and pop effect. You can tech in bt22 Omni since you can bottom deck for each set of same level sources you get to bottom deck a digimon and has a when attack effect to pop something.

Here's a list that's mostly blue. You can swap the scrambles for the red and blue dual memory boost, and gracenova and imperial can be swapped for bt22 Omni.

It wouldn't be much space. HM had three new Eater forms (Bit, Legion and Eden) and Erika's inherited effect can easily be something that works for both Hudiemon and Legion. That's 4 cards.
Plus BT23 only has one Liberator line rather than two, so it only has 20ish cards blocked out by Ghostmon and Dokamon.

61 out of 103 cards in BT21 had CS trait. The problem wasn't how many had the trait, it was how many that had the trait actually meaningfully synergize the Aiba gimmick.

Hudie does have a bigger problem to face in that area, because Hudie the group literally only has 4 members (plus one if you count the reconned universe in the ending cutscene) and only one of them gets to Mega. Maybe we'll get some of their Domination Battle teams to flesh the deck out, but seeing Mastemon has me thinking there will still be a lot of non-Hudie CS taking up slots.

I think there's three categories of evergreen deck (types)

BT15-17/EX6 Powercreep: Imperialdramon, Magnamon X, Leviamon, Demon Lords, Red Hybrid, Omnimon. If it got a busted SR/SEC during this era and it hasn't been limited, it will likely stay playable if not top of meta. Any support will likely make it bubble back up (Mastemon).
Popular Anime Digimon: mostly protagonist decks, they get regular support mostly without changing colour identity or getting traitfucked like non-Anime Digimon (such as Alphamon) risk getting. By now all have so many cards and multiple powerful top ends so pretty resistant to limits and bans.
Broad Trait Decks: Less competitive, but will constantly get incidental support due to covering huge swathes of Digimon: Aquatic, Vegetation/Plants, Insectoid, Cyborg/Machine, Angel. Somewhat prone to getting traitfucked.

I would avoid any deck that has a traitfucking trait: the pendulum decks, DM, Chronicle, Accel, CS, Hudie. Maybe even Adventure. Mostly gimmick decks that aren't intended to receive support beyond their set release.
These decks are mostly cheap though so I think they're worth playing still.
"Current Project" should probably be avoided too. If they drop Liberator like they did Seekers those decks mostly dry up and die.

Tyrannomon is neat, good to see it specialise in its own Version (stacking reduced evo cost with Koromon) while also being tribal support. Not groundbreaking but Devimon and Greymon do very little so a good 3rd rookie.
Justimon is hilarious because most (all?) delay options are trashed regardless of whether you're destroying them or your opponent is using them. Locking them out of an attack for popping a boost will be great.

Chronicle option super obnoxious, basically letting Grademon "blast" twice in a single swing. So they either don't attack at all or have to attack your immune high DP level 5. And if they don't attack at all you can use it when they attack them. Good luck lol
Kimera option will do the job. Often with ver.2 base your level 4 with all the facedowns won't lose the security battle it needs to get your Kimera parts in the trash (because of either Jamming or Elecmon). Killing SkullGreymon to get both a Kimeramon and Vegiemon on the field will put you in a great spot

Redpill me with progress/reptile deck, isnt affect by effects but still can be target right, so what happen with you cant suspend at the end of your turn or if you reduce the dp at 0 would die after the atack and what happen with effects X/Y then end that attack?

Progress only gives immunity white a digimon is attacking. If you're not attacking, you don't have immunity.

Digimon with immunity can still be blocked, redirected, or attack cancelled

They're basically the same deck. The only difference I can think of is the more combo builds will run 1-2 omni X since you can use Gallant X with +1 Sec to strip all of your opponent's security then omni for game

Thinking about the best way to update my Chronicle build for Release.
Release solves a lot of the issues with the deck, such as providing a follow up to a dying stack without sitting on a lone Grademon who can't do shit and loses it's immunity the next turn, or passing turn after going into a full stack by granting 3-4 memory to my opp.

Most Abbadomon decks I've seen run like 12-14 Scatter Modes, the full playsets of SoundBirdmon and Eyesmon, and some Trainings/Memory Boosts. Armageddemon hasn't seen play anywhere in years so I'm baffled as to why you included it. I don't like Zenith or Cyberdramon either. You can run some other level 6 Aces since Black pretty much has the best selection of them, but Darkdramon is fine if that's all you want to play. If you do run more I suggest Laplace's Demon and/or EX5 Etemon.

Most of the time yes, but there are still a handful of Tamers that gain memory at Start of Your Turn or when you move a Digimon out of raising that would conflict with TS, mostly old ones.

I'm at work so threw this together at lunch. My actual deck fits 2 protein but idk where. Usually people will run a Ver.2 bias (like this) for Vademon & SkullGreymon but Ver.4 bias is pretty effective too
Ver.2's issue is that the jamming and security DP- often leaves you with a big sourcey stack and nothing in the trash, but the option solves that

I don't get the Appmon hate. I watched the show back when it aired, didn't like it very much and I'm also not particularly fond of the Appmon designs but they're fine. Not the best but not terrible either.
I'm still collecting one card of each because at the end of the day, I still consider them Digimon.
