Nice work making them (assuming it was you), but I can't really evaluate them since I'm not familiar with most of the characters or the system. I don't really enjoy including direct references to other media in my games, unless it's a joke, but these seem pretty solidly grounded.
5e is really really limited for these kinds of things, so all characters end up being really boring or same-y in terms of stats. Like, take Worm, for instance:

Now, I didn't really read too much of that story, but doesn't she have the ability to commune with bugs and possibly other vermin? And also is a superhero vigilante? In Pathfinder, I'd suggest she be something like a Promethean with the Hivemind Obsession option, and then take a few levels in Vigilante.
