Basically it splits the cards between two decks with first deck being on the table during first seasons and second one in later two seasons. This means what cards you get is less rng heavy and you are more or less guaranteed to be able to get easy early game cards like Farm from the start.

I did. It's fine. Way too solitaire-y for me, but it has its charms and tricks and plays here and there.
