I re-realized that I have generally disliked any PC character art that is too "clean". Depictions of the chars at their very best and in some ways, depending on your perspective, coming off as being higher than 1. That they have already had adventures, or bought new outfits from the gold of some already done.


Its either -They are established heroic people or operatives, rather than people that are just getting the ropes of things (or have not yet done so but are about to). Which is disappointing as rooting for low level underdog is part of the fun.

or 2.if its common to be like this at level 1 in the setting, being only slightly elevated over the common man, whic means the near majority people come from a well-to-do background. And if that is really so common, the immediate setting must not be filled with much conflict, and therefore lacking drama.

At least lacking the drama i'd like when it comes to low level play.

I guess Thimble, Vaelus, and perhaps Kattigan may pass muster in that respect if one is liberal in estimating if they pass in this way.

Azune Nayar I guess would be fine as a noble out on adventure, but that's the farthest I'd go.

As far as the claim that Orion was harassing any of the other gamers, that's ridiculous. He made an off color remark about getting a "tactics half chub: that was a dig at laura for not playing tactically usually and actually thinking out a battle plan for once. It was not meant in any way as sexual harassment and if you watch the clip the overreaction at the table is obvious. These guys are a bunch of virtue signalling Cali leftoids, look at how quickly they turned on Chris Hardwick for something that ended up being total BS.
