He always posts the same art, and it's easy to identify because they're gormless humans (and occasional elves) with static poses facing the viewer. Most of them are apparently photoshopped AI art as well. He's like the least interesting art patron in the world and wants everyone on /tg/ to know it.

Yeah, same, and I was reading a little bit on what they consider spam over there, and it seems they use loose guidelines for it only when it bothers the community.
I think downvotes only make a post less visible to the algorithm, from what I've heard.
