Dracula Dossier is a toolkit for improvising a campaign around the "true" unredacted version of Dracula that is actually an after action report of the British governments failed attempt to turn Dracula into an asset. You can actually buy the book itself, it's filled with 3 generations of annotations, the idea being that any annotation is a lead the PCs can follow to break open dracula/the British government's current vampire conspiracy. The DD book is a tome full of places and characters that can tie into those leads, but it's not a 1-2-3 campaign, the assumption is the GM will be building/improvising there own campaign based on what the players find interesting and what leads they follow. It's a fascinating book but I doubt I'll ever get to run it lol.
