My group's old WoD campaign had Ravnos, but they were Irish Travelers rather than Romani.

Here are some of the things that made me want to yell at somebody.

nice collection of alchemy and magic items through but nothing on demons in that regard

demons heavily depends on if you count earthbound or just fallen and if you allow the alternative systems from the players guide. Especially custom forms and crafting, if not then fallen are really low tier till they get some lore 5 powers where some of them just say "the only limit is your st" (although not all lores are made equal) but if you do then fallen can do near true magic nonsense but only if they make items beforehand because they can infuse powers they don't have into items (they just need the base lore power) they can have several powers in one item and if your st allows it you can combine powers

and earthbound with high end mastery can also increase the scale of their abilities till they can in theory raise cities

CCP had no idea what to actually do with White Wolf, but they at least let the P&P studio do its thing while they flailed around trying to make a video game, and when they cut them loose as an internal element they gave them solid independence.

Paradox had no idea what to do with it beyond "make a game that nobody in the publisher or studios that they've ever worked with knows how to make." And even cutting off approvals of CofD books just means now the original creators are competing directly with a new IP instead of paying license royalties to them.

I miss when the God Machine was just a weird background detail mentioned in the Mortals books. I felt like Demon: the Descent gave too much emphasis and too much... legitimacy (?) to it. And, of course, it added to the clusterfuck of the Chronicles of Darkness's cosmology.

I think spelljammer would have been kino but I think Larian is pursuing their own IP. The breakdown in relationship with Hasbro is when their contact guy with Wizards/Hasbro got fired or left at some point.
