To give you an actual serious reply to use when you're done scraping this site.

I prefer a Barbarian in play to strike a delicat balance of a Cimmerian Experience, a Brutal and Bloodthirsty warriror who will shed blood for any amount of coin, however I do also appreciate when they're actually given an outlander and ranger-esque culture that actually enhances the kind of characters that come from this lineage.
Honestly I think they should be more like Fafhrd, a big strong milk drinking mother fucker from the north who's able to get jiggy with it and be Hip to Lahnkmar-esqe sensibilities while still staying true to himself, and if you toss him something shiny, and give him a sword and point at some thug looking fuck a head comes off and a debt is paid.

Thats just my take on the barbarian as it's viewed, if we're talking mechanics then when played on table top how a barbarian rages should be the difference in a combat, whether it becomes a silent and tunnel visioned focus, or a loud and brutal butcher of men, The Rage per playstyle of barbarian should feel different rather than "Oh he's just big angry and frothing at the mouth like a rabbid rotwhiler." while that can be a valid playstyle, I do value the stories of differing versions of the rage and how that rage manifests mechanically within the game.
