I'm starting on a 5E West Marches online campaign. The current group of characters are mostly CHA-based casters (warlocks, sorlocks, a sorc/pally, and a divine soul sorc) with a fighter/wiz gish and a ranged rogue sneak in there. What are some non-CHA builds that might fit in well, that are actually fun to play (i.e. not wildshape druids lol)?

Why? 5e is a power wank system with no gold sinks, no reason to rest in down time, or anything like that. Doesn't seem to be much point to a west marches game that actually takes advantage of the "tropes" of that style of game, run in 5e.

Yes, you still have a party in West Marches. Just because different groups of PCs adventure in different sessions doesn't mean there isn't a "party." Would you rather I say "group" or "troupe" or "company"? You don't know anything even about troupe-style play. You don't even understand the point of what West Marches is for. It's not just "lol randumb drop-in game because all my players are too busy having gay polyamorous relationships and working odd shifts at their low-tier wagie jobs to show up consistently" it's supposed to take ADVANTAGE of that style of play for downtime activities and slower healing to encourage playing multiple characters. Plus competitive play between different subgroups.
