The melee weapon is stupid looking but forgivable. I am however incredibly disappointed at the lack of pilot arms. Shame, otherwise it is a pretty good update to the sculpt.

The utility of AROs and possibility of midfield deployments blunt the first-turn advantage. It’s entirely possible to have initiative and lose dudes in the first turn due to ARO or surprise mines.

More important, though, is that before the game begins you roll off to decide who chooses deployment side and chooses decides turn order. So if you’re going first, it likely means you didn’t get to pick which side to deploy on and thus your opponent got to pick the side with the better defensive cover, sniper’s nests, and so on. With a properly assembled table, the two sides will not be equivalent, so losing out on picking deployment side will have its costs.

Chimera is finally done and up on cults3d as 'Sci-Fi Cyberpunk Catgirl Agent'.

If anyone actually picks up the thing let me know if the scale looks good and the printing goes well. Had to separate most of the whip length from the classic model, and I haven't even test printed the pinup scenic one.

Thanks. Next up I'm going to make some alternate/classic Lizard arms (master pilot arms included + maybe other bits), and then probably a Lizard Pilot. If you want to run full WYSIWYG, there are holes w/r/t specific weapon/equipment loadouts in the miniature lineup, so get used to having to convert every once in a while.
If you're asking whether WYSIWYG is required, the answer is "no, unless it bugs your personal autism" - the playerbase is generally lenient towards proxies (unless you're actively a cunt abusing it).
