Finally picked up the Count! He wasn't a priority with all the other shit hitting at the same time. I'm happy I snagged him, as the stores that did have him started to sell down pretty quickly.

Only "complaint" is moving the cape around with the arms. Just have to be mindful of where you want them to be and use the cape's wire to get the look you need.

The only reason they can't do Brody is because the Scheider estate won't allow his likeness to be used. NECA did get the likeness rights to make a retro cloth figure, but something happened last minute and they were revoked.
I don't know exactly what happened, but considering NECA never pursued the estate for breach of contract, my theory is that someone affiliated with the family who wasn't authorised was the one who signed off on the deal, which nullified the contract. It's the only thing that makes sense.

Which, admittedly, I can agree with to a certain degree. Sesame Street never really had a "main character" (except for maybe possibly debatably Big Bird) until the Tickle-Me Elmo toys sold like crazy in the '90s and resulted in Elmo getting far more focus than anyone else on the show and even taking over half of the show with his own segment, Elmo's World. Posts like this remind me that time is a flat circle. 10-12 years ago, people were bitching about how lame it was when figures only came with 1-2 accessories, especially since toy companies often just released the same figure over and over again and just changed that one accessory. NECA and McFarlane were extremely notorious for this (hell, McFarlane STILL does it) and those complaints are directly what lead to NECA doing the Ultimate line. So you could just buy the figure once, and get all of the accessories, and interchangeable parts and heads, and whatever.

I guess with prices going to absolute shit, it is entirely possible that the future of these lines may scale back accessories and articulation, since there are people that apparently want that....I guess.

Really kind of depends on what you mean. Their Wolf Predator that already exists is from 2008, so that shit is closing in on 20 years old and is more or less a statue with novelty articulation. Even their Super Predators from 2010 are really outdated at this point.

SDCC a year or two ago they pretty much flat out stated that an updated Wolf and Ultimate AvP Predators were in the works.
