I'm tempted to get one Kamen Rider, or Ultraman and so far the reviews show that they are solid figures. If anything, the articulation might be quite lacking in certain poses.
What should I expect from getting one? For example Belial in terms of fragility or material.

Well for Kamen Rider at least I can tell you that they're solid like you said. I would recommend getting Kamen Rider Gavv Poppin Gummy form on that front. It's cheap and basic and a good place to start. He doesn't come with any weapons however, you'll have to get Kamen Rider Valen who is in the OP pic to give him his signature sword.
As for Belial, have heard nothing but good things about him. I admittedly don't own him but a lot of people like him and rarely has any QC problems. Of course anyone who owns him can chime in but he's just a normal Ultraman Figuarts toy nothing more nothing less and that usually is solid.

I mostly have (recent) KR SHF and they are all good.
Some have design that hinder articulations tho but otherwise I find them better than my other SHF.
the SS one are great too. And you can get Baron cheap on mandarake and the like. (But his armor pop a lot by desing it's annoying)

Luffy is higher than Kurapika and shorter than Kuroro (both SHF same size despite 2cm difference after timeskip). Gon was shorter than Killua at the beginning but he grew up to almost same height so their difference is not that obvious later. Tamashii made them both 135mm. Leorio will be 17+cm, taller than other shonen jump MCs, which is good.

Some anime and manga shots can depict Gon and Killua shorter than they are, that's simple animation or mangaka error and it happens all the time with different anime/manga. Height of characters is official info, Tamashii has to work with that, and not imagination of some overseas nerd.

I like SHF Gon, will buy him and Killua 100% later. Think his height is good.

Hisoka first suit is kinda bad because of big shoulders and cloth on his waist. For an action figure more simplified suits are more preferable. Big shoulders can easily hinder his arms movement, which is bad for flexible character like Hisoka. Black suit is my favourite, I'll be glad to see him in it.

Kuroro has 3 hair options:
1) slickback with visible cross
2) hair down with bandana
3) hair down with visible cross
Bandai can make 2 bangs pieces with and without molded bandana for hair down head. But slickback is problem if you want all faces compatible with each head and bangs. Geto has similiar slickback but his faces are molded with some hair. I think they can make his faces like Zoro's. His faces need to be tucked underneath.
Kuroro's coat can be made with movable parts like recent Ichigo, maybe it will save sitting and reading pose.

What range of movement are you worried about? I know the head can be a slight bit limited and maybe the abs, but the elbows can collapse in on themselves, the knees get slightly over 90 degrees, the butterflies are good (they are for all Bleach dudes afaik), ankles are nice. Don't peg into the hakama on a ball joint, though, which on one hand I think is a shame, on the other... maybe better because it could lead to stability issues down the line.
I'm honestly sad now that the Dual Zangetsu Ichigo didn't have joints for its coattails.
