>>11497950>make a contrarian claim without any proof toward the contraryThat's exactly what i expect from Joytoy shill who is mad that other toy companies can sell the same toys for way cheaper.
At least bandai has a good reputation, but was their Space Marine worth $100 more over McFarlane's? Not even close, considering companies like Rebor offer better quality paint jobs for not even $5 more than McFarlane's prices back in 2023.
And I think $35 is too high too, but again, i only made my post to point out that you were wrong about McFarlane's articulation being bad, and actually better than Bandai's figure.
Stay mad.
>>11497955considering how dead the Warhammer thread is now, i doubt anything can revive it, aside from some western company making an actual 1:18 line where the 4.5" figures don't need to cost $30-80.
Maybe McFarlane can make a 1:18 line and sell the figures for $20
Considering how Joytoy has slowed down the releases for their line, maybe they're winding down production because they're ditching the license?
Also, if Joytoy made a 1:12 line, considering their 1:18 Primarcheseses are shorter than McFarlane's 7" DC figures, there's no way anyone here can afford to pay $180 for a Joytoy Space Marine in 1:12 scale.
