Probably Haslab Galactus, but I've never removed him from the box. Second to that would be a tie between my 1/6th scale Guyver, 1/6th scale X-01 Power Armor or my MortalMind Gunbuster, unless you count a diorama like the NECA cityscape. I do also have an original My Pet Monster.

Almost got Haslab Giant Man but I really think the original Hank Pym Giant Man suit is ugly, if it had had a switch out head with the classic Ant-Man helmet I'd have gotten it.
