I had a good time the first time. It gets worse each pass. There’s so many things side stepped narratively that shouldn’t have been especially for a first movie. I get starting him in his career but only 3 years in? You might as well start from year one. Ma and Pa were fucking terrible. The characters of ma and pa Kent have never been treated like bumbling idiots. You can rationalize it with real world examples based off geographic location but that’s pretty fucking stupid in a fantasy world where a dinosaur island, Atlantis and space taxi’s exist.
Gunn belittled the Kent’s by turning them into caricature.

I'd say its one of the lower tier mcfarlane females. I paid around 17 or 18 bucks and I'm still somewhat disappointed.

The cloth wired cape is a plus. The fact there is texturing on the arms and legs but none on the torso leading to a incongruous style is not. The knee cuts are hideous. None of the headsculpts are that appealing, the ankle joint colors don't match and the hair on the faceplate doesn't match with the hair on her head in normal indoor lighting, although the promo shots hide that. There's also a chance to get the weird pinkish purple older look as a platinum which is even worse.

The Mafex is better if you like the character but will not scale with 7 inch figures.
