If I were going to pay for something like this, it would rather buy a 3D print of a pleather-ish rubber looking leather jacket, even if I had to paint it myself. Started Collecting recently, don't know If I'll expand beyond JSA but i'm pretty happy with them. Got most of them second hand except the hawk girl and terrific. Planning on trying to recreate the JSA table and room for the display shelf.

My pre-orders for the Superman and Flash from Todd's second wave of Super Friends came in Sunday (FedEx Ground) from Game Stop and I finally opened the box tonight;
I still think they are overpriced even for a 6" figure because they just aren't that attractive, and overpriced even with the tariff excuse but am glad I got these so I have the Superman to go with the Lex.

However, it does look like you can easily still buy the Flash. I doubt Todd will get to make and market any more of these so I am stopping with the four I have, Lex, Hal and these two. If I see the Batman remaindered, I might pick it up but I have no interest in a shelf of these for some nostalgia affection for a cartoon.

Targets in SoCal have been getting PICREL so I picked up Supes, Lex and the white suited Jor-El. I used a gift card won from a pub quiz so they were "free" which was why I passed on Zod and Lois.

I'm keeping an eye out for the black suited Jor-El and I might grab Lois and Zod then if I see them.

There's a Banpresto Batman figurine and I'm positive I've seen one for either the Teen Titans/TTG or Young Justice Robin but that might be an arm and a leg on the secondary market.

There's 3-4 different Square Enix Robins on Amazon, but the cheapest is $55 with delivery. They are 'attractive' but not 'cute.'

If it's just for her bedroom/office desk, etc., and doesn't need to pose, your best bet might be the Eaglemoss animated series one, which a girl would definitely consider cute - they are resin so a good value even though they are small, since it's more durable than cheap ass funko pops. Also on Amazon.

If you want an action figure for her, Big Bad Toy Store has a few for under $30 - I'd recommend PICREL which has more posability than the cheaper Batman '66 figure listed, plus comes with a cloth good cape and since it's not a common version, will be a good conversation starter.

There's no guarantee that scene was even in the movie when McFarlane received the design for Metamorpho given how long toys take to produce. In fact just the fact that Metamorpho got a figure tells me he probably was supposed to at one point have a larger part in the movie than he had. I only follow their DC stuff but it seems like all the vampire and jokerized pegwarmer variants, lolrandom production numbers that caused preorders to be cancelled, and chase variant gimmicks leading to customers not getting the product they ordered really hurt McFarlane's relationship with retailers.

There's been an obvious reduction in production numbers and increase in hype for artificial prestige like collector's edition, ruby platinums, elite edition cancer, etc. Clearly they're making less and trying to find excuses to increase prices to make up for lost revenue. If things were going well they wouldn't be making 10-15k of each figure when even on their worst day Hasbro can shit out 25-30k for shitty Star Wars shows.
