Is this going to have the dimensions of the Hasbro extreme stadium as opposed to the original Takara extreme stadium? This box is noticeably taller than it is wide which makes me think of the Hasbro stadium

Idea for a new blade type. I call them "+ Blades". While most beys receive mold changes to improve their durability, + blades are radical mold changes made to improve a blade's performance relative to the popular meta. These changes can range from significant weight increases to improved weight distribution. Any blade is eligible for a + variant, as long as it's at least two years old and isn't still popular with competitive bladers.

That just sounds like pointless busy work. What Beyblade X is going through is seen in Pokemon, fighting games, team based shooters, even previous iterations of Beyblade. Some parts are just good and even if they did decide to go back and make side grades to blades that underperformed, that doesn’t automatically mean everybody is going to start using them. Even worse people may believe nothing’s really changed and keep using Wizard Rod regardless which would beg the question β€˜Why did they pour resources into the endeavor in the first place?’

We don’t know how many years longer X is going to go on, but better to run its course then try and course change itself three years in, and if there’s a blade you enjoy but wish were better, ah well.
Anonymous No.11544451
anyone find any cool combos with WB (WallBall)?
been liking it on silver wolf and naturally it helps wizard rod stay up straight even longer than usual
Anonymous No.11544753
I'm convinced that the Bey Bundle two packs are priced that low because the Wizard Rods are manufacturing rejects. Two out of the three I've bought have had Rods under 35g, with the third one at 35 on the dot. All of the TT yellow ones and Hasbro green ones I've had have been at least 35.3 or higher.

Anon, X is generation 4 of beyblade, there was a whole other plastic gen between metal and X.
They're actually remaking plastic and metal Gen beys in the new system, if you wanted to check this era out.

Three episodes into the X anime thus far. Waited until Netflix had all of season 1 since A) I don't care that it's dubbed and B) I've been reading the manga so I already know the major story beats. The bey battles themselves are fine, but the one thing that's going to take the wind out of my sails are the lauches. Growing up with OG I remember teams having launchers made out of guitars, sports equipment, weaponry, it made the Beyblades themselves feel more personal as if they were an extension of the blader wielding it. Same thing when I got back into Beyblade with Burst. Seeing the major characters have their own launch techniques and stances was fun, if a bit wild but that was part of the charm.

Metal Saga and X the beyblade feel so store bought, which makes sense because that's literally the case in both eras. Since anybody can own a Shark Edge like how Hikaru wasn't the only blader to wield an Aquario, it takes away from the uniqueness of the individual beyblades and the bladers save the ones that use the UX and CX beys. Either way I already know how this'll all play out, so I'm just enjoying the ride.

Well first off, like >>11545053 said they're not "still" being made, it's just that the current generation is also metal. But also, why are you surprised? The metal beys make for better matches that are more exciting to play and watch, so of course they're popular.

I'm honestly more surprised that we're only on the 4th generation, it's kind of impressive that they actually commit to their systems for as long as they do instead of pushing out new shit and forcing people to replace everything for competitive play constantly like most games do.

Funny thing about that. Hasbro's MFB run went from 2010 to 2014; meaning, if you knew how to import, you were getting Beyblade Burst the year after Hasbro wrapped up MFB(Burst premiered in 2015).

You're not going to find that. I don't know when you people are going to accept that some things are just bad no matter how many new ways you try them. If they were meant to be better than they are, they would be. You wouldn't have to keep trying to make something work.
>what does 6-60 do?
6-60 is a slightly more balanced 3-60 in exchange for a higher burst risk. It's only really good on 3-sided blades with more than 3 contact points, which is basically just Phoenix Wing and Knight Mail. Even then, 1-60 and 3-60 are still better choices. Dot is just a terrible part.

nta but I have very low hopes for the "second prize" in CX lines ever hitting stateside. never mind if you want any of the other potential picks. for the main prizes though, yeah buying the TT release is something that should only be done due to impatience. and I'm speaking as someone that spent $60 on a flame myself.
that said you should never roll a random booster unless you're certain you'd be at least a little happy with whatever you pull. it's a gamble, and the main thing about gambling is that you usually lose.
Anonymous No.11547347

That's the thing, unless you want to gamble and maybe get extras of certain parts in case you do get the prize bey from the random boosters, you may as well wait for the western release. This isn't the dark ages of Burst anymore, just a few extra months wait isn't going to kill anybody unless they really want something that bad as you've stated.

Some parts are going to be useless no matter what, that's just how things are, but I do think ratchets are the weak link in terms of making height variation more important. They can never have something like plastic or Metal Fight height differences because being taller is almost always a liability that makes you weak to ratchet bursts. It's like putting a knife to your own neck.

Can burst, at least when BeybladeGeeks did their stock testing, but it's very circumstantial (and happened against Viper Tail of all beys).
>Under Flat
Hard to control, somehow doesn't kill itself faster than Low Flat.

If stock Shark Scale gets all its hits in before petering out, it'll likely win. Just be careful against heavier, taller loadouts because being short also works against it due to recoil.
