No major news at the moment. Newest thing on the NECA store is a Bride of Frankenstein color 2-pack

Fall Geek Out starts on Friday and lasts through September. No word on any NECA drops, but it seems very likely it'll be TMNT related if there are any. We shall see!

A LOT of older figures are getting rereleases with updated paint apps and articulation (wrist hinges replacing ball joints or the new hips).

Terrifier stuff is slowly making it out. The Head Knocker is out there as is the Toony Terror.

Alien, Predator, Saw, Chucky/Child's Play, Universal horror, Hammer horror, Terrifier, Evil Dead, Jason/FT13, Freddy/Nightmare, Halloween series, Elvira, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, My Bloody Valentine, American Werewolf, Howling, Ghost Face, and several others in retro cloth and Toony Terror lines. They've never been more varied in the horror genre. The only thing that cockblocks them is when there's licensing issues and they do what they can.

I only want to get one predator from neca (one fig per character rule), and this jungle demon is a unique, cool figure that would fit in my jungle display. But the classic neca jungle predator has been on my list too, and now the ultimate has all the accessories I could want. What do you recommend? I'd love opinions from the necachads here

What it comes down to is do you want a figure that looks cool or one you can change up as you see fit.

The Demon figure looks awesome and IS a unique look. How easily can you obtain it though? I haven't looked on ebay myself so I don't know.

The Ultimate is readily available and has all the accessories and head swaps options...so like I said, you can do the look you want for the classic Pred.

Keeping with aliens I guess, my XX121 came in from Target. I am really surprised by how much I like this figure.

Skinnier all over, more of a wirey creature than guy in a suit. Benefits from all the articulation updates lately. I like the alt hands for more gesture options. This is a nice feeling, good looking figure.

We have a good Child’s Play 3 headsculpt with the SDCC exclusive, so why not a regular Child’s Play 3 Chucky? Or a Child’s Play 2 one for that matter?

The original ultimate Chucky gives us neither option, and if we can get a Halloween: Resurrection Michael Myers, then a classic like Child’s Play 2 shouldn’t be that much of a stretch.

I honestly can't wait. These figures are awesome, everything has been great so far, and I bought almost all of the Palisades Muppets back in the day and I'm thrilled that they scale together. I really hope this line lasts a long time, I need them to make Cookie Monster before it ends. Hell, I'd even buy a large Snufalupagus. I'll buy them all, even if that one anon gets his Elmo, I'd buy that too. And I wouldn't mind that two-headed monster either.

IMHO this line seems to be doing well, the few times Target has stocked them they never last more than a few days before selling out.
