While I'm waiting for OP to provide a source (nothing on google), I did find this fun post from plebbit of all places on a Glassdoor review from an employee
Presented without greentext:
Super7 Glassdoor Post - Buyer Beware!
Recent post on Glassdoor about Super7. Beware of supporting this company. From connections internal it sounds like this is all true
Posted Dec 2nd, 2024
Title An utter Joke of a company. Don’t even think about it
Pros Discount on products for employees.
Cons Super7 is overseen by a married couple who come from privileged upbringings, and are incapable of running a business. They are entitled children who have no regard for the well being of their employees, and use people however may benefit them. Impulsive, petty, and inept, working for them is a nightmare of instability. A month of mass hires is followed quickly by a month of mass layoffs. Everyone who has worked here for some time has come to realize that “leadership” is clueless. No one should trust these two people.
Unlike a publicly owned company, Super7 has no such group like a board of shareholders that might collectively run the business with a consensus. Instead the pair that run Super7 rule absolute, their word is final, and the staff must act on their impulses with no one to keep them in check. From my time at Super7 I can legitimately say that it has become obvious that the only few employees who have been able to retain their jobs are those that will not voice their opinions but instead only echo and validate the opinions of management.
