I like them on their own terms. They're just good designs. Piccolo I'm a little iffy on, but the Daima Goku and Vegeta figures are two of the best in the line. Even the minis are good; the Super Saiyan mini Goku in particular is excellent.

I understand somebody itching to stop collecting and just want to get Cell and a few Buu figures before calling it quits getting annoyed, but that kind of situation has been true for a lot of the line's history. People whined about Super, they whined about GT, they whined about getting Namek third-stringers. The fact we still haven't seen a new SS4 Goku tells me Bandai are if anything being remarkably restrained. I doubt we'll get Super Saiyan adult variants, either.

Maybe but they were simply the first on that new body, now every figure going forward is going to be like that which reduces their main appeal at the time. The people that skipped them get to experience the same figure builds with the new z releases. And I don't agree they're good designs either Daima adult Goku's head is way too big. There's some posts about selling off 2.0s and I'd imagine those adult Daima figures are also some of the first to go when people sell stuff off. The minis are at least something unique without something really comparable if someone was into chibis.

I used to do that, but when I started kitbashing all my gokus to make different looks it became a lot easier to just keep all of the parts together.
I think i'll start one at a time, I have 3 awakening gokus plus the EE and ony the torso from one and the legs from another on display. I'll try and match them up before moving on to sroe.

Idk i always like the FF Freeza we have. Hes really small and soft like Toriyama's art. It doesnt really work for Super Freeza but it's a great Namek Freeza. Just has issues standing because of the feet but the tail helps alot. The first and second release also had amazing effect pieces. I dont mind a new FF Freeza but personally I want Bandai to finish the Buu's and Cell first and possibly redo Perfect Cell first. Perfect Cell is actually awful and really hard to find. Id also like a new Golden Freeza but its really really bad and needs fixing. FF Freeza to me is probably the best 1.0 figure. Main problem is the feet and the purple parts not matching his other forms. That was Bandai just being retarded thiugh. When they did LSS they dropped buff Frieza to go with it after LSS released.
