Those sonic 3 figures were like $6 last I checks and were decently articulated. I’m not a Sonic collector, I have a different brand of autism, but I thought about picking some up

I think they are called world of nintendo/sega and made by jakks but its a solid 4 in figure with like 16 poa or something. Except, for aiai, thats just a monkey in a ball. Nice stuff for $10 a pop.

If you're fine with model kits, there's a bunch of affordable Bandai HG Gundam kits out there
Otherwise there's most of Jada Toy's action figures and Storm Arena
You could also try looking for SHF that are heavily discounted online (binning)

Your just not going to get anything nice for 10$. The cheapest you can go is 15$ with pokemon blokees off aliexpress during a sale.

Theres a couple of great candy toys, but unless you live in japan the tarriffs will double the price.
