Each nazgul costume in the movie had about 15 yards of black fabric (that's almost 14 meters, for those of you without freedom units) so that might have something to do with how expensive those are. Good luck if you want nine.

I still got my old 1/6 ToyBiz Nazgul from back in the early 00's when the movies came out. Paid $20 for him back then and a quick search on eBay shows that you can snag a MIB one for $30. He's is a bit dated in some engineering aspects, but the outfit and sculpt still holds up. Besides, $30 vs. $464... Yeah, that's a line you shouldn't cross.
