Miami, any good or a cesspool?

My favorite beach cities in the US are Folly in South Carolina, a little beach town with mostly condos. The lack of big hotels or motels keeps out the riff-raff. And the price is just high enough to keep out the nogs who all go to Myrtle Beach.

I also really like Miramar Florida. That might be the most beautiful stretch of beach in the continental US. The water is crystal clear and the sand is white and really fine like powder. But, they close it a lot for rip tide because so many people drown there every year. There's good food and a lot to do. It's also nearly all white because the prices are higher.

My third pick would be the Balboa Peninsula in Newport Beach California. It's mostly white. There's no crime. The bike path runs along the beach so it's fun to bike around. There are a lot of good bars and nightlife. The beach has some great stretches where you can get a huge plot to yourself even in the summer. And the waves are great.

I'm a white canadian who can speak spanish fluently but when I speak english its obvious I'm canadian. Unironically is florida safe for canadians or does the republitard virus have us in your crosshairs?
