What goes on here? Why is it so expensive? It's not even that close to Manhattan. What are the safest parts of this that don't have undesirable spillover from the cities? I heard Peekskill was kind of sketchy. All I hear is that Hudson Valley is really beautiful. If one were to settle here what areas are even remotely affordable in this year of our lord 2025? Anything cool about the area in general?
