Ok Iโm looking at going to Japan this summer and I see thereโs an option to have a day layover in Guam which is about a few hundred dollars less than a direct flight. Is this worth it? Is there enough to see and do here for just a quick trip or should I opt for the direct. Give me the Guam rundown.
haven't been there but what do you have to lose by seeing it? an interesting place to tick off the list for sure.
Tumon is the center of tourism on Guam. Attractions include beaches that are also wildlife reserves, a large aquarium, and various shows similar to the ones in Las Vegas.

Diving in Guam โ there are many shore and boat dive sites, mostly along the western coast of the island. The main dive shops catering to English speakers are MDA and Axe Murderer Tours. Signature dives include Blue Hole, an advanced dive through a reef chimney to the recreational depth maximum; and the wrecks of the SMS Cormoran II and Tokai Maru in Apra Harbor, thought to be the only place on Earth where wrecks from the First and Second World Wars touch.
