generally most big euro cities will do
some more social destinations in Asia as well
of course depends how social you want to get, technically you travel solo anywhere if you want to stay alone anyway

if you're young and from Europe, look at
>Interrail
lots of online groups to find others traveling like this (again only works if you're ~18yo to ~25yo)
eases the initial hard part of meeting people

Central Europe.
Western Europe = refugee fest, and is way too overpriced.

Krakow, Zakopane, Prague, Budapest, etc = ezpz tier travel.

Choose an itinerary with a theme to make it more interesting. City hopping gets boring. Make sure you mix up city and country, include different transport types, and accommodation types.

Travel feels good once you've got your bearings

You just need to go somewhere exotic enough to feel different but where you can still work out where you are, and how to buy food

Anywhere and everywhere. Closer to home rather than farther is ideal.
My first extended solo journey was through Appalachia.

Kathmandu! Get a visa for 3 months.
If you have no time, donโ€™t travel at all.
