you already named some of the usual suspects
I'd add in US location like NYC, LA, Miami, Chicago and Las Vegas
in Europe Barcelona and Amsterdam

Berlin would still be my top
in Germany you also got a big Rave culture, which are basically everywhere (sometimes hard to find if you don't know anyone in the city)

if you're looking at festivals
go to Tomorrowland at least once
Sunburn is also amazing
other good ones are Electric Daisy Carnival, Parookaville, Ultra music (anywhere) and Creamfields

China absolutely has a bunch of awesome clubs
few festivals though, you'll find them mainly in Europe / USA

though Chinese clubs will more play Techno / House rather than EDM
still good clubs in basically every T1 (new and old) city

I didn’t see it but Australia punches above its weight especially for Hardcore and Hardstyle.
Poland has some trance festivals that are more under the radar.
Honestly I’d recommend following your favorite DJs on Instagram and finding out where they do shows. One of my faves goes to Malaysia like eight times a year, if I ever go I’ll plan to time it when he’s in town.

Around the alps (the entire alps region from the french pre alps up to slovenia...) there's a surprising large international underground/illegal Goa/rave scene hosting small(50-200 people) to large (2k+) size multiday events with full infrastructure in rural valleys/forests. You usually need someone to get you into the scene but then it's easy to find/attend events like every single weekend.
I'm out for a couple of years but I'm sure they're still going hard.
