You can't be extradited for refusing to pay a loan shark.

Most EU countries have pretty good protections for owing US corpos money. After all, and debt signed between an individual and a US based company, person, or corporation is a civil matter, even if you have a court order garnishing your income.

Not a legitimate option in the big 25. They have had massive clampdowns since the Russian occupation of Crimea in 2014, as a bunch of Russian separatists in Eastern Ukraine decided "fuck it" and used the money Russia was giving them to hop on a series of trucks to france to escape the Russosphere.
If you are a legitimate citizen of a western allied country however, it should be fine.
Also if you just have to leave the US full stop, fly to poland, volunteer for Ukrainian foreign legion, and when you get your papers hop into Ukraine. Cannot vouch for your survival long term but it will get you out of the US sphere of influence pretty quickly.

No, but that is because the US is a corporatism system that will allow foreign corpos to send collections after you once you make it stateside.
Remember that most of the interest rates charged by US credit companies are illegal in the EU, but not the other way around.

That's a shame. I know a chronic poorfag who lucked into a jus sanguinis EU passport, could have been entertaining to see what he'd do with lines of credit carrying near zero accountability.

Well he can still financially improve his life in the EU regardless.
Free education to upskill, cheap cheap cheap medications and psychiatric care if he has something mental holding him back, etc.
