hello trv. I am a complete virgin/noob when it comes to flying, being on a plane, touching a single inch of a plane also even being at a airport. Now I HAVE traveled to chicago, times square and knoxville but never by air. Since picture is technically me when comes to anything to do with flying/aiport. I DO have my REALID. Would it be smart to say take a 3-4hour flight or take 1-2 flight since im a virgin?

just book wherever destination appeals next.

if its a 4 hour flight, you can nap, meditate, read, write, work, study, listen to music, play switch, watch kino.

Do you have plane autism like some people do for trains? Anyways to break your plane virginity I'd suggest the A380

Okay first things first if your still in the thread
1. Pack light you do not need the full wardrobe the baggage fees on some shitty airlines cost more than buying cheap temp clothes if you really need it also it's faster to just have a overhead bag and GTFO of the hellhole airports
2.TSA will snatch any liquid bottle you have just order a drink on the airliner itself
3.get there hours early as security is retarded wear flip flops keep your shoes in the bag so you can get through the line quicker instead of fumbling with laces
4. Neck pillow and Some earbuds to pass the time Have fun and don't look like a tweaker or big Bertha will want to stick her hands up your butthole

it seems like it depends on where, when, and Big Bertha's whims

same for taking out your laptop

I'd recommend a long flight in an economy plus aisle seat for your first time, or a short flight with a window seat.

Window seats are only good for short daytime flights as you can't get up as you like. On long flights there's nothing really to look out at anyway.

For me it's more about the service, so I'd do a long flight, aisle seat in economy plus. Tbh 3 hours is pretty short. Do 5 hours, order a beer from Bertha and read a book or watch a movie. I can always find something or other I've been meaning to watch

they aren't ideal but if you fall asleep sitting up you will wake up without your neck hurting
if you dont have one on and fall asleep you will wake up from neck pain

Anyone else ever get nervous when you look around yourself on the plane and you just see a young man sitting there, doing nothing. Just staring right ahead. He never dozes off, he never looks at his phone or reads a book. He just stares blankly like some psychopath for 6 hours onward.

Seconding an A380, smoothest takeoff and landing I've ever experienced and next to zero turbulence. Not even flying through the clouds shook it.

I wouldn't recommend a short flight. A 2 hour flight will be a tiny plane, you'll barely hit cruising altitude before you start descending again so you get all the most anxious parts and non of the smooth parts. Once you're above the clouds, flying level everything's smooth when flying for 90% of the time.

A couple of pints will soothe the nerves and make things a slight bit more of a haze. Do not get drunk.
