Automation and AI is about to make 75% of the labor pool worthless. What countries will be better off? Hint: Not the one that replaced half their population with browns.

i agree with you in general but i don't think it will b e as high as 75%, at least in our lifetime

japan, however, will be fucked because they are at least a decade (if not more) behind the US in terms of tech innovation, the chinks and japs can't innovate meme is absolutely true

You guys missed out on Japan.
I visited last may and it is depressing how much it has declined.

You will never experience Japan in 1998, 2002, 2007, 2012, 2015, and 2019 (my second to last trip) and see what it was like before Covid completely broke them down to absolutely 3rd world tier.

Anon you might just be getting older. I certainly never got to go to Japan in 98 (that's when I was born), and I'm sure it was better, but it's not even remotely close to "3rd world" tier. If you leave Tokyo and go anywhere else, it becomes 99% ethnically Japanese again. I'll admit that Tokyo is way more full of tourists/jeets than it ever has been and it can be quite off putting, but it's still a safe, nice city to explore with lots to do. I think the real issue here is that Japanese are getting jaded (just like most people in white/western cities are) and the culture is under assault by globalism.

Still 2000 years away from being as bad as NYC or London or whatever, though. You're exaggerating a bit. I had the fortune of visiting Tokyo before covid and it was better, but not *that* much better. Am I wrong? How much worse could it have possibly gotten to make you call it third world?

You aren’t valid. Your opinions are irrelevant. and your asinine question doesn’t even deserve an answer. You are a child attempting to participate in an adult conversation. Go back to playing your Pokémon and snacking on tide pods.

Lots of anti tourism measures, they are talking about doubling the prices on things like trains and buses for foreigners. Jesta taking effect. Having to pay consumption tax upfront instead of being exempt. Yen has bottomed and will probably be fully recovered.
