Visiting Orlando for a week. Anything cool worth doing, preferably budget friendly? Mainly looking into food and shopping

North side is underrated.
Find a weekday and do Wekiwa Springs state park.
You need to pre-register on the website, but it's a nice place to chill for a bit, swim, see a nature trail, etc.
Mrs. Potato is an excellent restaurant nearby.
I can also recommend Shakers American Cafe as a good breakfast place, check their special board and they'll treat you well.

Drive to crystal river and swim with the manatees. It is not the best season for that right now though, the best time is in winter.
