What are some other things you do to help combat time difference abroad? I recently started taking vitamins and my sleep schedule is back to what I would consider a 'normal' 7 hours.

Found the buger in the wagie cage, try working when you're supposed to be asleep.
Or down at the pub for a few pints on a friday and you get carried away

Ah yes healthy fish and rice, I probably walk more in a few days than you do in a fortnight

Do you niggers really wear these things 24/7, like a prisoner with a court-ordered ankle bracelet? Bet you even wear it when you're having sex. Jeezus.

I always wonder what /trv/ does during their travels. Vitamins aren't a cure all but for <10c US a cap to refill anything you're lacking or haven't adjusted to dietary wise while abroad.

I gym roughly 5 days a week in the morning, then go trekking for around 4-5 each day, then sleep for about 6-8 hours from 3-10PM. Weekends I usually cut lose and drink a bit. Dunno what you guys are doing but even /fit/ agrees they help with an unconventional sleep schedule and I personally feel it. Especially a monday afternoon workout, tough shit.

What are you all doing daily cooking at home? Most places I've rented abroad, especially in asia, are often near studio levels of shit. Not a fan of always smelling what I just cooked up when 5 USD goes to buy a huge protein dish. What's your guy's secret that doesn't involve coffee or energy drinks?
