I'm thinking of staying for a while starting November to February. Is it going to be too cold?

Yeah but what does it feel like to the average person? Is it annoyingly cold or what, you know?

It's a possibility. Continental climates always see cold blasts in winter. In northern Thailand your coldest nights will drop to a comfortable 53 degrees, with the day being sunny and at least 75. In northern Laos, the coldest day I saw last winter reached 69 degrees under sunny skies.
