About Bangkok, I'm not really a big city guy either (I live in Hanoi and half of me wants to move to a small town) but Bangkok is definitely in the "fun to visit" category. The thing about Thailand is that its economy is VERY centralized on the capital, and since what you like sounds like upper class rich bitches, or at least, hookers that cater to rich coomers, it's going to be your best bet for that. i have no idea why i was so scared to go to bangkok, it was amazing. I was only there for less than a week and I'm more of a shopping tourist but everything was so cheap (except goods that were imported, those tariffs really fuck you over) and the public transport made travelling a breeze.

I was actually surprised by how many people wore the elephant pants and was very reluctant to getting a pair but it was actually comfortable (i tried a pair at the market and the material seemed shit so i got a pair at the grocery store which were higher quality)

Although there's a lot of other places to visit in Thailand I'm not really interested in nature or beach tourism as there would be too many european shitters there

Bear Fight Club in Old City chiang mai i got so many mosquito bites and eventually a skin infection within 3 weeks of training there. I have type O blood and those things love me though. I otherwise enjoyed bear, although the sparring is undersupervised and my noob friend got a concussion day 1.

Good gym in the north? Are you looking to go to Chiang Mai? There's a lot of great ones. If I went north I'd probably go to Manop Gym. Manop used to be one of the head trainers at the Jockey gym and he was Saenchai's main coach for years. Then he left Jockey Gym (now Skarbowsky gym) to open up his own near Chiang Mai. It's not in the city, but if that's what you're looking for I'm sure there's some good ones. Full disclosure I haven't actually gone to Thailand yet, but I've done a lot of looking into these things planning for my trip. If you are interested in Muay Thai there's a woman named Sylvie Von-duuglas who has a great patreon for Muay Thai content. She's got about 300 pro fights in Thailand and fought the best out there, and she has a series on there where she travels around and trains with a bunch of old Muay Thai legends. I've picked up a lot of great fighting tips but also great gym locations from her channel
