Doing it online is a bad idea, no Thai will say it but they want to see you first because it's not worth renting to a junkie or twenty jeets in a 2 bed apartment by agreeing facelessly online.
Work out what suburb you want, get a hotel room there for 3 days, walk up to any condo and ask the guard, they basically all have signs. You'll find something on the first day and can move in straight away.
Bangkok is the easiest city on Earth to get a monthly rental and the prices are excellent. Yeah it will be two thousand baht more than getting a yearly contract but way better than staying in a hotel or something, most have gyms, good ones have pool/spa
