I get the green circles for herbivores and red circles for carnivores (and maybe the blue one for marine species), but what about the yellow ones? Where is their meaning explained?

>Circles vary in size
What does the size indicate?

The theater couldnt do shit because once everyone is seated you cant stop the show to check everyones tickets without pissing everyone off. So like a dozen people got screwed. Seems like yellow are also carnivores, and itโ€™s a danger rating. Red are the real big boys. And thatโ€™s why you keep them close to the visitor centre. Because people go to the zoo to see lions, not exotic birds.

Ok, the color scale danger rating makes (kinda) sense. I still don't get the circle size though. If it's supposed to be an indicator for animal size, the Gallimimus circle should be smaller than that of a Brachiosaurus.

The holding pens next to the visitor center are not for the tourists (according to the map), but for ingen services.

I had it recurrently to the point that it was no longer scary and I knew I was dreaming so every time I tried a different tactic of getting to mom unharmed but never succeeded

The thing about Jurassic Park is that it was only ever destined to be a survival/adventure romp on the islands, not whatever they've been trying to do to it for the past decade.
We know what works, TLW and JPIII - despite their flaws - proved that, and anything having to do with the mainland needs to accidental and temporary, not the status quo. Dinosaurs being loose all over the world doesn't work.

Jurrasic park really is the example of a perfect movie. Not only is the acting on point but the pacing is perfect, the sound design is impactful, the score is amazing and the cinematography never wastes the viewers time, always showing something interesting to look at. On top of all this the way it uses its CGI is basically a forgotten art, JP was excited to show off this new technology and uses it to astonish watchers

Not really. They really don't do anything that's antagonistic or villainous enough to warrant it, they just get picked off because dinosaurs don't discriminate (As it should be). They're just doing a job.
Burke is literally just the paleontologist Grant stand-in who names dinosaurs.

You know, you could at least used Carter's death as a legit example, see gifrel, but something tells me you haven't actually watched these movies in a while.

I grew up watching the people in this movie get eaten by dinosaurs, I was 5 years old when I was stomping around my living room with action figures in my mouth pretending that I was a T-Rex but now the deaths feels spiteful, like they draw out the agony of the death, suffering and fear.

I was 11/12. There was a 4-screen theater in a walk-through mall with a dedicated arcade and comic shop next to it. Every Saturday morning I would find a neighbor's lawn to mow and then before lunch ride my bike to the theater and just get my mind blown. This happened every weekend of summer vacation, without fail. 10-12 times I got chills from the opening thump-wahhh of the title screen, terrified beyond words when Arnold's stump appeared, and just absolutely all-in believing that brachiosaur shaking the screen after falling back down to all fours. Life on those Saturday afternoons, for those summer months, in 1994 is literally what I believe the concept of religious heaven represents.

Doubt it would be a danger rating. Herbivores today are far more dangerous than predators. More people are killed by cows(of all species) than any other animal.

No, I meant the model's different. Didn't have the Ford logos, didn't have the right lights, has weird embellishments like extra bars on the front guard, the antenna's in the wrong place, stuff like that.
It looks like a cheap Chinese knockoff of the actual explorer.

95% of "film connoisseurs" today watch almost nothing from before 1960 (a single digit number of movies) and hardly any more from 60 through 80. I think there are enough films that have cemented themselves as permanent-cultural-references from the 80s and 90s that they'll still be watched, quoted, parodied, memed for literal generations to come; however, those still-culturally-relevant movies will gradually shrink as societal interests change and thus their relevancy is lost.
this is how it will happen, for the record.

I'm glad they did. Dennis The Menace was a good time, and I *was* too young for JP.
ironically, by the time Jurassic Park 2 came out, I was too old for it and hated it.

A realistic response to it would last about a month.
It doesn't work at all because dinosaurs on the loose in reality would be put down by the military and all sorts of rednecks ASAP, there wouldn't be some big war.
Besides, nobody liked the whole idea that JW kept trying to force with dinosaurs being used in war in the first place.

You could honestly say that about all of the sequels. Each one has a very interesting premise that gets derailed by stupid subplots
>OG: the GOAT
>TLW: hey would it be cool if the park was just a nature preserve and also a trex loose in San Diego
Seeing all the mercs in action and watching them all fail was cool.
>III: okay this time its still a wildlife preserve but the team is in survival mode the whole time
Not so great, but seeing them powerless the whole time was fun
>World: alright this time there's an actual park that's been operating safely for years then all hell breaks loose
The park scenes were nice, once the dinos get loose the movie is great. I'd watch two hours of just dinos eating tourists.
>Fallen Kingdom: okay what if the island goes to shit and the dinos break out
I really don't like this one, but I guess they had to explain dinos breaking out.
>Dominion: okay the dinos are everywhere now
All the scenes of people dealing with dinos IRL are great

Each one has subplots that detract from the fun, but I'm a sucker for it and I'll keep watching them.

im going to share my /x/ analysis since you posted this

> Androgyny here is used as the pre-transformation, the "tabula rasa". He goes from mocking to being silenced.
>grants journey of rejecting children to becoming their divine guardian
>this occurs in the tree of life/Yggdrasil
>jews love inverting so our hero here must scale down the tree, not climb up a mountain/tree as most hero myths
>only those that pass the jewish initiation survive the film
>T rex (chaotic good) Raptors (false demigod)
>when the T rex kills the raptors it symbolizes the return of the old, the end of the dual feminizatio to bastardize life and a return of the masculine
>Raptors=clever girl, Trex=no gender

Now lets pick apart how everyone is saved
>no guns or human fail safes destroy dinos
>child female initiate enters "its unix, I know this"
>child initiate gains access to occult knowledge
>Chaos (raptors) enter
>truth is unlocked (literally the doors) without violence or power, just knowledge of the invisible world (UNIX code)
>successfully navigates the digital labyrinth
>jews invert again, here Eve rejects the serpent, is redeemed by spreading acquired knowledge
>phone lines back on, communication restored

when you see the helicopter scene and Grant struggle bc there is no male end to the seat belts, it sets the tone of how man uses his will and power to try and make nature bend to will. The helicopter as the womb was just as effective in apocalypse now but grant has now become unwittingly initiated into the unnatural order.
O and the start of the film has blood magic, frozen in time, on Moses' serpent staff, that has been inverted to not create miracles, but create beasts.

Jews in Hollywood love their subversion. Also perverts, note the dino sneeze and malcoms sexual pose post injury
