I would say currently is it more difficult to determine once age on appearance. Millennials don't look younger previous generations, but the distinctions between late 20s and late 30s is becoming harder to determine. There are people turning 40 who look like they could be in their late 20's early 30's, but once they tell you they're 40 you can definitely see it. I've noticed zoomer men tend to have trouble judging the age of millennial men.While zoomer women tend to be able to spot a millenial man from a mile away(probably because zoomers don't really do well with facial hair while for 10 years it was a millennial mans entire personality).
