What the other anons said is true. I think you should just force yourself outside until you feel more comfortable. It’s just going to take time. That’s what made me feel better, and trust me I have a heart problem, have almost died multiple times and also had problems with medication that almost made me commit suicide. I’m much better now. I enjoy life again. I never thought I’d say that. Time is the answer.
