dude has options
>>211383409Edge of tomorrow is perfect, it doesn’t need a sequel
>>211383013 (OP)Would like to see him play a bad guy again.
>>211383539i think iñarritu movie will have some of that
>>211383539Still aint seen this movie
>>211383013 (OP)He must have a team of 100 surgeons working on his face
>>211383607If you want to get that direct-to-dvd sequel feel, you need to replace Cruise with some b-lister that kinda looks like him, Like Eric McCormack.
He needs to go to space, and then die during the production of that movie reentering the atmosphere, or being lost in space, as long as it gets on film.
Clearly Tom refuses to accept that he's getting old and will die in a couple decades, I think he would genuinely rather go out in a literal blaze of glory for the sake of movie magic.
>>211383013 (OP)In a perfect world he'd start an acting school for aspiring actors that want to do cool shit like jump out of planes and do bike stunts but also balance out the movie with dramatic moments. Just really give their all to performances.

>>211384117Maybe he should open his own studio and just make action kinos
>>211383013 (OP)the long hair makes him look 10 years older
>>211384152>open his own studio and just make action kinosIt being "him", he'd make it work. But it seems like so many attempts to start studios fail or lead nowhere ultimately. I'd like, and think it would benefit the industry more if he could share/teach not only the experience he has but also his work ethic and commitment to movies. And it being a school it means people want to go there and learn what he's teaching as opposed to a studio where he's just hiring available actors. And he may have a great eye for talent and getting what he wants in the moment but what I'm looking for is mor actors that on every movie regardless of the studio bring Cruise's dedication to whatever they're doing.
>>211384344Hell, there is no reason why a Tom Cruise school could also turn out action kinos.
>>211383717The stunt shit should just be a phase. I don't want this guy to die.
>>211384428he’s never gonna stop apparently
>>211383013 (OP)Isn't he doing some underwater Cthulhu movie with his Edge of Tomorrow director friend? That's what I heard. I hope it's still on the table cause Tom making big budget sci Fi always makes me happy.
>>211384414Dude yea, graduating A students should get like leading roles in Cruise Produced movies. They don't even have to be summer blockbusters but some netflix deal tier movies that just guarantee a bit of exposure upon graduating.
>claims mission is impossible
>accomplishes it
How did he get away with grift for so long?
Douglas Fairbanks, Sr. was the top leading man in Hollywood for years, produced his own films, did his own stunts, et cetera. He was the Tom Cruise of his day.
But then talkies and the Depression hit and his type of filmmaking became too expensive to maintain, and the times changed. He had a series of flops. In five years he was finished with movies. In ten, he was dead.
>>211383013 (OP)Make David MisCaviage disappear and become the grand wizard of his church
>>211383013 (OP)He and McQuarrie are doing a WWII movie titled Broadsword
The Gauntlet (1977) remake
>>211383013 (OP)Focus more of his energy growing Scientology.
>>211383013 (OP)Now David Miscaviage is losing it, he'll be taking over the Church of Scientology
>>211383013 (OP)Vanilla Sky : VR missions
