>5 years since NTTD and STILL no new Bond actor announced only vague tabloid rumors past few years
>No movie, not even a title announced even since Amazon bought the franchise
Still 'in development" and at this point will probably be in perpetuity.
it's coming out within the next 2 years, and then it'll be a new movie every 1.5 years. Bezos will want to slop this up

it's essentially a remake of The Spy Who Loved Me. It has a perfect romantic comedy feeling that is guaranteed to be a hit with both male and female audiences. The cheeky humor is very safe-horny, and the battle of the sexes angle that ends in happy sex is just what we need in the modern political landscape that loves to pit women against men.
>plot
Bond gets assigned to investigate the mysterious death of a tech CEO who was ready to move his business outside the US and into the UK. His investment in Britain would have been miraculous and economy-saving.
He crosses path with a female CIA agent who also is investigating this (at first Bond thinks the CIA ordered his hit). When it's clear both MI6 and the CIA are being played, they decide to join forces and send both agents to get this done.
This leads them on an exotic trip to the beaches of Belize (where Bond has to seduce the CEO's daughter), a bike chase through the streets of Hong Kong, and finally an encounter at the warm and beautiful vistas of Italy.
Bond and the Agent, of course, develop a romance, it goes from butting heads against each other to saving each other's asses and respecting each other as professionals.
They get kidnapped and tortured in Hong Kong, with Bond doing his best so only he gets hurt. When they escape, they have a warm scene where they're healing each other's wounds and kiss, then FUCK.
In the end the tech CEO didn't really die. He faked his death in an attempt to tank the company and short it, making more money with this con than actually investing in Britain.
He kidnaps the female agent and it's up to Bond to shoot him and get the girl.
We get the same ending where M and the head of the CIA approach both agents to congratulate them, only to see them having sex.

Since Amazon got itโs way theyโre probably working on multiple spin offs at the same time and theyโre all gonna suck
>>211384835 (OP)Unwatchable even in its current nonexistent state.
>>211384835 (OP)Amazon just bought the rights this year. They're not going to just sit on something like this, they'll probably pump out whatever slop they have in mind pretty soon.
