Solid action flick in it's own right too. I like some of the behind the scenes and interviews, Trey and Matt talk about how they always ripped on Shumacher and Bay but after making that film they understood there is a lot of planning and logistics required making "stupid" action flicks.

The behind-the-scenes documentaries were at least as entertaining as the movie itself. It is, and will always be, the most technologically advanced puppet movie ever made (since no one will be stupid enough to try this again), and so seeing how it was made was just awesome. And cinematographer Bill Pope's explanation for why he said yes to working on the movie was timely and inspirational, to wit, "I'm sick of shooting green screen."

Are the south park guys the biggest example of wasted potential in film? No matter what you think about the politics of this movie, it’s a really well crafted film. And they make a shitload of money off south park obviously with their jewish deals. But they could have made so many great films if they weren’t so lazy going back to milk the south park teat. This was a really ambitious movie with so many little details, and the special effects are really good even though it’s supposed to be shitty as a joke.
