Valid critique but a bit harsh. My problem with Space Ghost is it started the trend at Cartoon Network with reusing old Hanna Barbera footage and adding random dialog. They coasted on this formula for way too long. ATHF was a more original concept and had some great episodes like Broodwich and Kidney Car.

Bob's Burger focuses way too much on the children while the ones in this show feel more individual and it's better. Since BB focuses too much on the children, they have to fill plotlines with unfunny side character children often and it suffers for it. Still though, this is probably going to be cancelled.
I think if people didn't have such a negative impression of how adult animation has devolved they could find stuff like Grimsburg funny, but nah, and I do get it.
