Jeyne didn't get pregnant, and she's not the mastermind behind the whole thing. Her cunt mother put wounded Robb in Jeyne's room and tasked her with caring for him. Hormones, grief over his brothers supposed deaths, grief over Theon's betrayal, and the very real possibility he'll die with his V-card untouched did the rest. I don't think Jeyne did to him what Lysa did to Petyr. She seems like a good egg. It's more tragic that Robb made the choice himself. But also more understandable in the books, as he was in a far more vulnerable state.
Cat's a cunt sometimes, but she's right to be freaking out. The lives of her only remaining children who are, as far as she know, being held hostage were significantly decreased in value by Robb's decision. And like she said, there is a historic precedent for bastard fuckery. Even if Jon is loyal, there's really no guarantee that his descendants will be. Any kids Robb and Jeyne have would be more southern than Jon's, likely making them seem more palatable to the northern bannermen. Especially if Jon makes a good, northern marriage.

This right here is 100% true though. Robb didn't want to put his potential kid with Jeyne and his potential Frey wife through what Jon and Cat went through. Ironically, in trying to correct the "sins" of his father, he did the same thing that Ned did. Sacrifice his honor for the sake of woman's (Jeyne/Lyanna).

Isn't the whole point of Ned taking Jon and protecting him that it was the one time he didn't act on honor but based on love for his sister? Lyanna was totally dishonorable in what she did, perhaps the most dishonorable thing a woman could do which is elope with some random chad and get your marriage annulled in secret ESPECIALLY since that entire war was fought over her (at least a major part of it for Robert was.)

Westeros doesn't have a particular issue with killing babies and kids if they are pretenders or part of a deposed dynasty, so him refusing to kill Jon or hand him over isn't particularly honorable either. And harboring the rightful heir to the Targaryen throne when everyone still alive (mostly) hates that dynasty thanks to the Mad King / dragons... is also not super honorable.
