I would have respected it more if the director actually went full blackpill instead of just dipping her toes in the water. Not only do women not want to date short men, but they actively want short men dead. If you're a short man walking down the street you're going to get sneers from women who literally want you purged from society. If the movie had a scene like that I would have actually felt it was telling the truth.
