i havent seen in some years but it makes sense from what i recall. its a paradox movie, everything is in the perfect order that the guy never figures anything out till the end where he goes crazy due to constant time travel(its explained in movie)

Hands down one of the most overrated movies in human history and the only people who hype it are pretentious artsy fags.

It's been a while since I've watched it, but when the young guy kills himself at the end to prevent his older self from killing the kid, how did the entire movie beforehand happen? Like if he killed himself when he was young then he would've never gotten old in the first place

The question you should be asking is how is it possible that in one timeline he kills himself when sent back but in another he doesn’t and the film happens.

Makes perfect sense He is a temporal agent tasked with stopping mass casualty events. He goes back in time and bangs a woman while on assignment, which gets her pregnant. She gives up the baby for work. Turns out she's a hermaphrodite, and to save her life she gets a surgery eliminating her female parts making her now fully a man. The man becomes a temporal agent. The man eventually tracks down the bomber. The bomber is himself from the future who has gone crazy from jumping through time too often. The baby he gave up back when he was a woman/hermaphrodite grows up and meets a man, bangs him and gets pregnant. He is himself. He is also his own mother. He is also his own father. He is also a mad bomber. And he is also the one sent to stop himself
