The deleted Charlie Murphy stories are the best ones. Especially the one about the insane drunken cokehead "Darrel". The Darryl Stingley story is also ribs.

But he went over to where Stingley was sitting and threatened to flip him out of his wheelchair and “stomp his mouth” if he did not shut up. Stingley was “horrified,” Charlie says—a word he uses often in these stories—and did not speak again. Charlie does the voice of one of the young women: “Darryl, you’re not eating anything.” Charlie adds calmly, “He had lost his appetite.”

Charlie beat him. Darrel ruined Charlie’s sweater and cussed him more. Charlie knocked him out. But Darrel just kept coming back.

When they finished beating [Darrel], he looked like a bag of dirty laundry.” Still he wanted more. Charlie seems aghast, fascinated, by Darrel’s odd masochism. He ends by taking his listeners “to the twilight zone” with even more weirdness. What was it Darrel wanted more of? And what was the story of Stingley about, since Charlie is not laughing when he tells it?

The "Darrel" story is the funniest thing Charlie Murpy ever did as a solo comic. I'm paraphrasing Charlie here, he said Darrlel would insult people like a white guy and his bread and butter, one two punch was calling people a moron. In the 80s, outside of a club, he called an LA gangbanger a moron and the gangster didn't know what moron meant and asked his homeboy "what's mow-ron, cuuuuzzzz" and his homie didn't know either. Charlie claims he and Darrel weren't killed in the exchange because the gangbangers didn't know moron was an insult.
