But I find most of the foods he covers really boring, so I skip them.
He's really goes above and beyond at delving into the history of the foods, the problem is he never eats the final product beyond a bite or two which infuriates me.
Like I watched his Biryani one, and it was interesting, but at the end he just takes a bite or two without showing the food in the same shot.
I mean I get that in his quest for 'authenticity' and 'barebonesness' of the dishes without embellishments, they usually can't taste very good, but still.
