But yes the company was an LLC so once the company assets are gone, that’s it unless they can pierce the veil which I highly doubt in this case.
That said, he was apparently putting a lot of his own money into Oceangate since it wasn’t profitable so who knows how much his wife actually got. He clearly wasn’t smart with his money, she could be left with a lot of other debts and little income stream to pay them with while staying rich.
