okay so i just double checked. the movie itself is on a 4k blu-ray disc, but all the bonus features are on a standard blu-ray disc. and the movie is on Netflix. so i think I'll just watch the movie itself on Netflix in 4k, and then watch the bonus features on my standard blu-ray player.

If you're familiar with pirating stuff then I'm not sure what the issue is. Unless it's an obscure movie you can probably find a remux of the bluray (or even of the 4k bluray).
